We work with Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the Persons with Developmental Disorders Program (PDD) and with the Government of Northwest Territories to find permanent supportive housing and care service for prospective clients.
All of our services require a “Client Needs Assessment” to determine care needs and suitability for living with the Excel Society.
Excel Society’s Intake Coordinator can assist you with finding your way through the process.
